Replacement Policy

“Grand Design” always suggests to check your Product thoroughly at the time of Delivery. We provide Replacement of Product/ Coupon in the following circumstances 
1. In the event customer receives a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order.

2. Color of the product may slightly vary due to photography, lighting sources or your monitor setting/ PC resolution. 
 

How to Get Replacement

1. If you receive a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, please contact Customer Care Department within 24 hours through any of the below mentioned channels & address your complaint.

1.1. You have to send back the product to our office.
1.2. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit. Please, understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances. 

-Damages due to misuse of product. 
-Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product. 
-Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers.

1.3. Upon receiving your product, shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if convinced that the complaint is genuine, will take necessary action to replace your product. If You are unable to report to Customer Care Department within 24 hours, shall not be held liable to replace your product. 
1.4. Please note that If the product can be repaired by the service center, would get the same repaired and send it back to You.

- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc. 

*It is strongly recommended that you will inform the Customer Service Department within 24 hours about your Payment Refund/ Product Replacement.
