Refund Policy

Our pivotal concentration is on our customers’ satisfaction. Nothing is more important than making our customers happy. If you're unhappy with anything you purchased from Grand Design, tell us and we will do our best to make things better.

Payment Refund (For Advance Payment):

1. In case, product is not available in stock and backorder is more than 3 working weeks.
2. When Grand Design becomes unable to send product to your address.
3. If you find the product damaged/ defective & “Grand Design” is unable to replace it with a fresh one. 
4. If a different product is delivered to you have not been ordered by you.   
5. If the customer changes his/ her mind & can cancel his/ her booking before it is already shipped for COD.
6. No payment will be refunded for COD (Cash on Delivery).

7. If online payment is made once more due to technical error. 

How to Get Refund

1. If, unfortunately, product is not available in stock,” Grand Design” will refund your payment within shortest possible time.

2. In the event customer receives a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per their original order & if they are not interested to get a replacement, Customer is advised to get in touch, within 24 hours, with the customer Service department through any of the below mentioned channels.

2.1. You have to send back the product to our office at your own cost. 
2.2. Upon receiving your complaint, Grand Design shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if convinced that the complaint is genuine, will take necessary action to refund your payment. 
2.3. Note that you may have to submit your Bank Statement to get refund of Online Payment. 
2.4. Note that if you are unable to report to Grand Design Customer Service Department within 24 hours, shall not be held liable to refund your payment. 
2.5. Products should be unused; it is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit. 

Please, understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances:

-Damages due to misuse of product. 
-Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product. 
-Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.

In the event the return of a product is duly accepted by us, the value of such product, as originally paid by you during acceptance of delivery of product or otherwise, will be refunded to You. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment and or the approved payment gateway will credit your refunds directly into your debit/credit card or online accounts or provide You with a check/ cash in this regard. 

2.6. If the product can be repaired by the service center, “Grand Design” would get the same repaired and send it back to You. 

3. If the customer is unwilling to purchase the product without any specific reason, mentioned above, & if he/ she does not cancel order in time, & wants refund of his/ her payment, will send the refund at their convenient time only if the product has not already been shipped. If the product is already delivered, it’s not possible to refund the payment. 

4. If online payment is made once more due to technical error like Server problem; please, inform Customer Service Department; accordingly they will check through the IT & take necessary actions to send you the refund. . 

5. Refunds will be subject to the following.

-Orders paid online will be refunded within 7-21 working days through the online account depending on the current circumstances as determined by Grand Design.
